O Tours PCO d.o.o represents a specialized agency for professional organization of congresses, seminars, conferences, meetings and other social events in Croatia and abroad.
Since 1996, O Tours has been providing a complete event management. In 2018 we added a PCO (professional congress organizer) to our name and are continuing our 23 year long tradition in preparation, design, organization and execution of all types of business events.
The organization of each of our events consists of 3 phases:
PLANNING
Selecting the best site and venue, inspecting the destination, managing and contracting accommodation, catering, creating and managing the web site, visual identity creation, revenue and expenditure planning, budgeting and responsible financial management, communication with suppliers, contacting and co-ordinating participants, transportation to the destination, creating a social program... and more.
EXECUTION
Managin the venue, registration of participants, distribution of congress materials and accreditation, taking care of exhibitors and sponsors, co-ordination with suppliers and hotel, catering care, coordination of transfers and other activities.
CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS
Calculation of services and preparation of the final financial reports. We understand that each event is a one-of-a-kind and requires individual care and special attention.
